I saw that you put a new gallery in the "Adroit" demo, a very charming one, so I tried to use it to present a "carousel" with photos and a "mediagallery" for videos... it didn't work, it keeps claiming for "flash" (I've got the newest version 10.x) and JavaScript, which is enabled.
I've checked everything I could, but no success.
On the same PC with exactly the same environment, just with another quite normal Joomla FreeTemplate, it runs wonderfully.
Could you please tell me what I have to change in your "Adroit" in order to get it running?

That is interesting. The template should make no difference if it is a Flash error. I didn't do anything special on the demo, just installed and configured. I switched from Smooth Gallery to Ozio because Smooth Gallery isn't available anymore and I wanted a port that was free and available if someone wanted to get their site to look like the demo. If you want to send admin access via a support ticket to your site I can take a look.
