Problem with “Image Mode”

Hi and thanks for your plugin. I installed it on J4.3.2 and I set Image Mode as “center” but I don’t understand why on my computer using different browsers the image is round but if I have some friends open the site the image is squashed (they also have used several updated browsers!). Could the problem be in the style.css file? What can you advise me? I’ve tried with and without the “Include jQuery Library”. Thank you
